WE ARE NEWLIFE

Welcome to the church for anyone! We exist to lead people who are far from God to life in Christ. This mission is what shapes all of our core values, which determine everything we do. It's important that all of our teams embody these values so we can speak the same language and operate as one. Below are New Life’s Values, attached with a statement of clarity.

1.  We are a church for anyone

This means we will love whoever walks through our doors. It’s our anthem and we all do our part to maintain this culture of belonging. Romans 15:7

2.  We have a place for everyone

This means we continue to create opportunities for everyone to find a group or a team they can call their own. Community takes place in circles, not rows. Acts 2:46-47

3.  We embrace a culture of excellence

This means we sharpen our focus, bring our best, own the results, and evaluate the process so we can make it better. Excellence is progress, not perfection.  1 Corinthians 10:31

4.  We are lifelong learners

This means we are committed to personal growth and take practical steps towards bettering ourselves and those around us. Proverbs 1:5​

5.  We are openly honest about who we are

This means we know who we are and we’re courageously open with the story God is telling through us. Transparency leads to Trust. Revelations 12:11

6.  We believe that 'we' is greater than 'me'

This means the story we’re a part of is bigger than the role we play. We lead open-handed and focus on teamwork to accomplish the Vision of the House. Ephesians 4:16

7.  We move towards the bigger picture

This means we make decisions based on where we’re going, not where we are. Fear of change will not stop us from pursuing the vision God put inside us. Philippians 3:14
